Populo Living is delighted to welcome Jo Sedley-Burke, Caroline Snowden, and Paul Lowenburg to the Populo Living Group Board. As newly appointed Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), they bring a wealth of experience across housing, technology, real estate, and public service, strengthening Populo’s mission to deliver high-quality, affordable homes for Newham.
Driving Innovation in Housing Management - Jo Sedley-Burke
With over 20 years of experience in housing management and technology, Jo has dedicated her career to enhancing service delivery through digital innovation and data-driven strategies. She has led initiatives to improve access to affordable housing and foster sustainable community development.

Championing Sustainability - Caroline Snowden
A chartered surveyor and seasoned real estate and finance professional, Caroline brings 30 years of experience working across both SMEs and large organisations. She is deeply committed to boosting the supply of safe and affordable homes while advocating for a environmentally responsible approach to development.

A Leader in Public Service - Paul Lowenburg
Paul joins us as a Non-Executive Director of Populo Living and Populo Design and Build, bringing extensive experience in social housing leadership. With over 25 years in public service consultancy, he has chaired organisations such as Sixty Bricks and Dawson Housing, and currently serves on the boards of Islington Law Centre and Rightsnet.
